1.1         The concessions procedure is as follows:

1.1.1         Students may either make initial enquiries at the Faculty Office and should be provided with the applicable form (Concession, Change of Curriculum, or Leave of Absence) or may download the applicable form from this page.

1.1.2         The student must be advised that they will need departmental (programme / course convenor) approval (they can get this by e-mail which must be attached to the form or in writing on the form)

1.1.3         Once the appropriate form(s) has/ve been completed and relevant documentation is attached, the form must be returned to Faculty Office (for consideration by the Deputy Dean).
